Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of building components and equipment. Performs minor general repairs to facilityequipment.
Performs pre-hospital emergency medical care as an EMT-B on advanced life support ambulance service. This position functions within thescope of certification as allowed by the service medical director and the Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board (EMSRB).Responds to emergency calls and performs daily maintenance and stocking of ambulance.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years experience required:
A two year degree in Building Maintenance or high school diploma or GED and two years building maintenance experience preferred.
Clean driving record and minimum age 21 to be insurable under facility liability policy.
Licensure/Certifications required:
State of Minnesota Boiler Engineers Special License within 6 months of hire, maintained thereafter.
EMT-B certification under the EMSRB, or will obtain within one year of hire.
Valid drivers license
